If I am getting mcdonalds, I will go out of my way to go to this one. The staff clearly works well as a cohesive team and my order is never wrong and the food is always fresh and warm. The staff decorates the inside for the season and it is always very clean. Patrice especially is always very pleasant to see in the mornings! I cannot say enough good things about this location.
Best McDonald's in C-U area is on Kirby and Duncan in Champaign. Customer service is superior to any other McDonald's in the area. I have never had a bad experience at this location.

Had delivery recovering from a broken hip asked for no pickles what is on ALL 3 BURGERS PICKLES it ruined lunch having to wipe off pickle juice because I am allergic to pickles solid like that isn't good. Then call store they answered then hung up and when I called back I got sorry they are busy. When I finally got someone to answer he's standing by the friers bells going off can't hear him.
