“Was there for breakfast. Food was hot and fresh. Service was excellent.

Food was hot and fresh

“This is absolutely hands-down, the best McDonald’s in town. I’m not really sure who owns this location, or if they own, any others in town, but whatever combination of things they have going on at this one is perfect. The staff are always incredibly nice, the food is always the best of that McDonald’s has to offer, and I don’t think I’ve ever had an incorrect order made here.
This location also does a teachers night to help support the PTA for a nearby school, which is incredibly awesome because it allows the teachers to work behind the counter for the students, which the students love to see and it allows them to also see that the teachers are putting the work in for them even outside of the school on their own time.
I’m sure by hosting an event like that, it might introduce some sort of complication as far as logistics go for them, considering they still have to handle regular customers at the same time as having completely full lobby for all of the parents, but they do it every year.
Parking: Occasionally, during rush hours, parking can be a little tricky as spots tend to be a little bit limited, but it’s not regularly an issue at all.
Wheelchair accessibility: Folks and wheelchairs will be excited about the number of easy inclines and plenty of sidewalks to access the building. Inside, it does get a little tight, but they do have at least three separate wheelchair access accessible tables available as well.“
“This is the second location in Champaign I like to visit in order to get well done fries. Some managers or workers get upset when you ask for well done fries but with my son being autistic he loves his fries fresh out of the grease I try to get them that way. The manager at this location has always made sure to make them exactly how I ask without having an attitude so I'm all smiles with the managers and workers at this location.“
“I went here to get the Travis Scott meal and a sprite. The McDonalds sprite is so good I think it might be Ambrosia. The Travis Scott meal was pretty good, I liked the BBQ sauce. The workers got me my food fast. I got takeout so I didn’t get to experience the inside of the restaurant, but I have been past it many times and it seems fine.
Vegetarian options: Salad pretty much and some desert options. Probably get a wrap with no meat too.
Dietary restrictions: I’m sure there is a detailed list online where you can find all the ingredients of all the menu items
Parking: Lot of free parking in the lot
Kid-friendliness: Yes
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“Nice new location. Staff great. Downside is they claim the rewards System is not working. And the indoor play area temperature was a crazy 90°! Something is wrong with their HVAC system. Food was fresh and good!
Kid-friendliness: Great play area!
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes easy in and out!“
“McDonald’s is never mind-blowingly good. In fact, on some occasions it’s barely passed for life sustaining substance. This location wasn’t too bad. The chicken was a bit chewy because it was overcooked. The crew did a few weird things that I recommend avoiding. First, the napkins shouldn’t be paced at the bottom of the bag. The problem with this approach is that by the time I receive my food, the napkins were already soaked in grease—unless that was intentional. My second issue is my cup being tossed into my bag with the food, ensuring it’s toasty warm before flooding it with ice and a cold drink. By the time I got my food to the table, almost all the ice was melted.
Overall, this location won’t be amazing; it’ll be mediocre.“
“The service was good. And the guy that cleaned the dining room was so nice, and made sure all the tables were clean. He even cleaned up by the soda island. His name tag had Jessie on it. Anyway, he is the first person I have ever seen keep the dining room that nice.“
