“I come to this location frequently for work. There’s one particular employee that really stands out to me, every time. Cam at Starbucks is always so pleasant, fun and I don’t know how he does it but remembers everyone and makes a connection. Even when the line is out the door, he remains efficient, friendly, and never sacrifices his Customer Service or the quality. I honestly think he needs is the ultimate example for the company. I am always so glad he is working and can notice when he is not.“

“The first thing I noticed walking in was how clean the store was kept. Between bleach and Java beans, i was happily greeted with two of the greatest scents!
The staff seemed to be more concerned with efficiency than satisfaction. They were busy with the window and cleaning, but not so much with interpersonal interactions that make customers feel welcome.
And though it was only missing ice, my drink was made incorrectly.
