Once again Subway has screwed me over with their stupid app. First when they change the user interface it wouldn't let me use the gift cards I had available to me and that was the only money I had to get food, so I went starving that night. Why you would release a new user interface on your app when it is not working properly is beyond me! I filed a complaint with the better Business bureau and absolutely nothing happened! The person working tonight could not understand English. I wanted onions on my sandwich. Sandwich had no onions on it. I wanted yellow mustard I got a lot of sweet mustard running out of the sandwich. I'm looking for a different subway that speaks English in America.
I was on the phone with my husband for 10min before he gave up and sat down in the dining room. After he sat I called this location and the phone continued to ring and ring and ring until an employee finally answered. The employee was extremely rude and kept arguing that there was no one in the dining room but clearly from FaceTime I could see her arguing with me as well as a customer standing at the register and my husband sitting at the tables.
