Great fish & PBR
Excellent battered large, thick Haddock filets on Friday for lunch, great fries, cole slaw and the waitress was very nice and let my wife substitute a green salad for the fries. I am anxious to try their popular breaded pork tenderloin available only on Tuesday. The bar is a typical for a tiny town, with lots of locals. Quite a few people at the bar and the video gambling machines.
Found this little gem on our way from Oregon, IL to Oklahoma. I was in the mood for some fried catfish. Reviews and pics were pretty convincing plus it was conveniently located along our route home. The bar itself was modern for a tiny little town and very clean. If you sit at the bar you can see into a well maintained clean kitchen. The bartender was extremely friendly and prompt getting our drinks. It didn’t take long to realize everyone knows everyone at this local establishment....read full review
