Took 15 minutes to receive meal. Fries were clumped together unnaturally. Order was incorrect when received. Staff kept calling out 2 cheese steaks and so order sat on counter for ten minutes. We only ordered one and a roast beef. We also told staff our order number, but it didnt seem to matter to them. I came into Arby’s for food a few weeks ago and was helped by a man behind the counter named Shane. He was super friendly, professional and answered all my questions. This was the best customer service I have experienced in a long while.
Disappointed I wasn’t able to have coffee with my breakfast. I looking forward to a hot cup on a chilly morning. I was told they didn’t have coffee? I was astounded! Anyway the food was fresh and hot and quick thank you for being here
