“We celebrated my daughter's high school graduation there. We had 12 people total and the food was delicious, the drinks were on point, the service was exceptional, and the environment was amazing! They truly made our experience special, and my daughter said it was the perfect way to celebrate her big day! I would highly recommend celebrating any occasion, big or small, at Salamone's! They will treat you right! 🎉”

“These are some fine folks! Excellent food, top notch service. Kind of like a “Cheers” spot for us in that they know your name and what you drink and are always on their game! The servers work very hard and the cooks are excellent. Owner is very approachable and a good guy. Get on their text list so you know when the smoked corned beef reubens are available! Highly recommend!”

“I go here often for my girls and for my company. It's usually very quick. There was one time I waited almost an hour for my pick up order and when I asked about it the young lady was very nice and asked me my name. I told her and then nothing another 30min rolls around and I ask her again and she goes and tells another young lady and she comes up and asks me if I checked in on the app. I told her no, I don't have the app. And she said they only go in order from check in on the app. I told her I had told the young lady who was boxing orders my name and then everyone after me had gotten their orders and left, and I was still standing there (with a baby) and she just gave me an attitude. So I left. Other than that one experience, most of my visits are very quick and easy to get in and out.”

“Have visited twice now and both times were fabulous. First visit, my husband and I were out chasing the full moon to get some good pictures and spotted this place on our mad dash. We circled back and stopped in to check it out. Immediately loved the atmosphere ~ relaxed and very inviting. We weren't even hungry and thought we'd just take a gander at the menu and maybe get a take out appetizer but it smelled so tantalizing we opted to seat and have a full dinner. It did not disappoint. So good in fact, when my friend's birthday rolled around I said I wanted to take her out to this great place I recently discovered. With a backdrop of enjoyable music and lovely decor as well as great service and delicious food, Vanakkam India is a real winner. Will definitely return.”

“We live within walking distance of BSB and have dined here 30+ times since we have lived here. We have NEVER had a bad meal or a bad experience, which is SO impressive to say after that many visits. The food is amazing and the weekly specials are so good you wished they made the main menu. Their outdoor seating is great throughout the seasons and we loved bringing our dog here (and he loved it too). Now we bring our daughter who is a BIG fan of the mac & cheese and tots. This is a restaurant we will truly miss being so close to the day we decide to move.”

“Had a group of 19 women in for lunch today. Went in last week to let staff know we were coming on Monday at 11 am. I arrived, no tables were set up and I had to help arrange tables. All of our meals were very good. There was a huge variety on the menu choices. I asked our waitress if I might have a gift card ( $10 or $15) to draw from among the women. Was told the manager could not get ahold of the owners to ask if this was okay. Really? Anyway, every 2 months I make a reservation for us all to go to lunch. Never been turned down before. All the food was great. This just rubbed me the wrong way.”
