I visited this coffee shop when I was visiting Chicago and I fell in love with the shaken espresso with cold foam on top! It was delicious. I recommend this place for your morning coffee!
I love this little coffee shop! It’s been my go-to lately in this area, especially since Spoke & Bird has been closed (temporarily?) for a while now. I usually just pop in to grab a black coffee, it’s tasty (not watery nor burned) and I feel like the prices are very decent for a nice cafe. I haven’t really tried much of the food, but took a bite of my boyfriend’s muffin the other day and it was delish. It’s a clean, cool atmosphere and the staff is always super nice....
I’ve visited this spot quite a few times, but lately I haven’t had the best experience. They increased their prices and don’t have them listed — my large latte was more than $7 and I can’t taste any coffee in it, just milk. If I’m paying that price, I’d expect at least 3 or 4 shots of espresso in the cup. I think the only difference in latte sizes is the amount of milk.
