Food is so delicious. Highly recommend.
Food was INCREDIBLE! I tried four different tacos and they all were delicious and full of toppings! I’ll definitely be back when I come to town.

QuesaBirria Jalisco Pilsen serves amazing Tacos that will change your definition of tacos. The birria are huge, delicious, and full of flavor; one taco is very filling. The rice and beans are to die for. Customers love the crispy tortillas, tender beef, shrimp, chicken, or veggies. The aguacate salsa is also a highlight. Service is great and welcoming. Seating is limited, but it feels great outside. Pro tips: pay in cash and ask for extra green salsa. If you like sopa, the Ramen option is also available. These Quesabirrias are loaded and tasteful, with lots of flavor and crunch in every bite. Two tacos with Rice and Beans fill a person up good. It is great soul food of a different type. Worth the drive to Pilsen.
