Quesabirria is such an amazing gem in Chicago and the Pilsen neighborhood. Don't let Taco Bell fool you, this is the OG here. The owner is always here to take orders. Menu is very straightforward and delicious. There is indoor seating is minimal and when they sell out for the day, that's it so go early and get it when you can.
