Horrible customer service!!! Placed an order a week before. The day of, called and said there’s no cake ready. Left four voicemails trying to get in touch to make sure the cake was ok. I came here because someone told me they do a good job. But I was very disappointed. I email them the picture of the cupcakes I wanted to see if they could do them and they emailed me back saying what the price was for the cupcakes and for the decorations. So when I went into the store to place the order I asked the young lady again can y'all do the cupcakes like this and she said yes. As well as if I could use three different pictures for the cupcakes and she said yes. They called me the day of for the photo for the cake and I ask don't you mean photos, and she said only we can only do one photo I said well that's not what the young lady told me when I went in to purchase it. But I sent the one photo. Went in to pick up the cupcakes and the cupcakes is nothing like the picture I emailed them or showed them inside the store. So I was very pissed didn't make a scene just paid my money and left. I just want Ace bakery to know if u can't do a certain cupcake or cake a certain way please don't tell the customer u can and u don't do it. Because I could have went somewhere else that was charging less but I came to your store because someone said u guys do good and you also told me you can do three different pictures. As well with the cake the cake doesn't looking like the picture I showed y'all as well. So that was my first and last time coming to you guys business. And just for future reference if u guys can't do a cake or cupcakes then say that please don't take the customer order and money, allow them to go somewhere else and order it from somewhere else that can do it the right way. So thank you for a first bad experience with your establishment.

I had the worst experience I ever had at this place. I placed an order on a Monday I was called back on Thursday asking can I make a payment I asked can I make it the next day because I lived far. She said yes and tells me the total I said that’s not the original total I was given she says it different because we had to change the size and it’s a late fee. I asked why they didn’t say that when I placed the order and that if that was the case they should of been called and not waited days to tell me this that’s a big difference because I was told a total of 120 and she was saying it was 169. She preceded to hang up on me while I was talking. I called back asked for the manager the man said he was and preceded to be rude also and had a very nasty attitude as I’m telling him what the lady did he kept saying I’m busy not listening to anything I was saying he should be concerned about how his staff is treating customers but he was to busy as he said . I spoke to the lady without attitude and the manager even after I was hung up on. I will never spend my money somewhere that has no customer service. Especially if I’m about to spend 169 for a cake.

Tried several cakes and couldn't find one that knocked my socks off. Didn't taste like scratch to me. Unfortunately, there are very few bakery options nearby. It'll do in a pinch.

Terrible service. I've been a customer for over 20 years. They've never found a way to honor customers. Today I was on hold for 15 min. Called back and a person had the audacity to ask me to come in to place the order. Well no, I will choose another bakery. It's not like they didn't have a fly problem which caused me not to go with them for a whole Tried yo to see if they were better. Nope.

This place is amazing! The manager felt that my cake wasn't right he remade the cake and it was still ready by the end of business day made my birthday extra special and customer service is always exceptional 🥰

The worse cake I ever order from a bakery, way overpriced, crumbles when you cut it and no filling you order ,it seems like they only know how to decorate but as far as baking they failed big time , I would NEVER recommend this place !

Hi, I ordered paczkis today and they were delicious. All of my coworkers loved them! The bakery was very busy at 6am but they did their best to fill orders as quickly as they could. Thank you guys for the awesome paczkis!!! Will definitely be back next year! :)
