Terrible service. I've been a customer for over 20 years. They've never found a way to honor customers. Today I was on hold for 15 min. Called back and a person had the audacity to ask me to come in to place the order. Well no, I will choose another bakery. It's not like they didn't have a fly problem which caused me not to go with them for a whole Tried yo to see if they were better. Nope.

This place is amazing! The manager felt that my cake wasn't right he remade the cake and it was still ready by the end of business day made my birthday extra special and customer service is always exceptional 🥰

The worse cake I ever order from a bakery, way overpriced, crumbles when you cut it and no filling you order ,it seems like they only know how to decorate but as far as baking they failed big time , I would NEVER recommend this place !

Hi, I ordered paczkis today and they were delicious. All of my coworkers loved them! The bakery was very busy at 6am but they did their best to fill orders as quickly as they could. Thank you guys for the awesome paczkis!!! Will definitely be back next year! :)
Horrible!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! This was a the most disgusting cake I’ve ever tasted. They over charge and don’t try to help when they mess up. They unprofessional. Just save yall self the trouble and find another bakery.

I ordered my daughter a yellow cake the cake was a white cake then one of my guest had a piece of hair in their slice so I contacted the store and they advised me to email the manager NORBERT HE IS SOOOOO RUDE HE WAS NO HELP AT ALL he said it was nothing he could do after the cake left the shop and they don’t make white cake but the person I spoke to on the phone told me they had lots of complaints about that on the day I call as well the cake was not moist AT ALL I do not recommend the service was good when ordering and the Carmel was good but the cake was super dry to the point when I cut in to it that it crumbled up I paid 200 dollars for that cake I will never return 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Forgot about posting this at the time, but my boyfriend did not have a good experience. Last May, he got me a birthday cake as a surprise. It was very nice but not the colors he had asked for and they were noted down and considering he spent $200+ on a small birthday cake we would hope that would be right… but besides the point since it was the service he received that left a bad taste in his mouth. The guest service was not polite whoever was the manager on duty at the time came out the back and rushed him saying he was taking too long?? While my boyfriend had just been waiting for the employee that was new and by themselves right before close to finish so they could take his order. Maybe learn to read the situation before jumping to conclusions and not helping your employees instead.

I found Ace through a Google search when trying to find a bakery that could do a smash cake, sheet cake, and custom cookies for party favors for my daughter’s first birthday. Wow, am I glad I found them! When I got my items my eyes welled with tears I was so happy with how eveylooked. They captured exactly what I wanted, and then some. And on top of it all, everything was DELICIOUS. All of our guests raved about the cake, and asked where it was from. Most of them were from the northern suburbs, so they had never heard of Ace—and I was more than happy to spread the word!!
