My parents have been using this bakery for years. I recently ordered a cake for my baby shower and had an issue with my cake and the manager quickly resolved it. Not only was the cake delicious but the customer service was even better. I have my only baker for all my cakes and they did an amazing job on my cake.

I see Some of the bad reviews and I think they are rare instances that someone had an issue (which let's be honest all service industries do ) . Most people only leave reviews for something negative instead of a positive experience . Let's break that culture My family all order from here and we love the atmosphere and the experience .- for pastries : the mini upside down pineapple cakes are to die for !!! It's hard to find a place to customize a cake in Chicago without ridiculous prices where you can order with ease, and ace makes that possible every time !
