I decided to treat myself to a one night getaway and chose the Four Seasons after seeing it ranked for the best city views. I already knew it would cost an arm and a leg, but you only live once. From the start, the experience was disappointing. I spoke with Brenda before checking in she gave me inaccurate information about deposits ($150 turned out to be $500). Initially we had a few issues. The room wasn’t ready and the kids were fussy and tired but the hotel gave us free deserts in the restaurant Adorn. They were amazing. The customer service was excellent. We finally got to our beautiful room with spectacular views and were very happy but the kids stuff that we requested wasn’t there.
