Not a fan of O'Hare, let alone this terminal. Everything here is so convoluted and claustrophobic. Bathrooms are a nightmare, even for an airport. Will say, people are helpful. Employees, not passengers. Haha! A security guy and a pilot helped me navigate. (Weird word choice.) If you have to land here, you have to, but it's not great. Generous 3 stars due to staff.
I was here this past Friday for a flight to Seattle area, and the airline being Delta for their 3 PM flight from O'Hare to Seattle, the previous flight was late getting in, which means late getting board, and pretty quick through security, and and yesterday again for the return flight home once landed.

We had a late night pickup from arrivals and as our first time at this airport, we couldn't figure out how to get to the level one of garage parking. We went to the outdoor one and asked for directions and the sweet lady at the ticket booth told us she would get us an escort. The escort came and was so nice and friendly and took us safely to a spot for us near the terminal we needed to be at. Thank you to the ticket booth agent and the parking security for their kindness tonight!!!
