My daughter has a dairy allergy so I asked the worker if there were any dairy free ice cream options, she said “no”. I said “okay” and didn’t argue since I know dairy free is hard to find, I was just hoping that a large chain would have one accommodating option. So we decided to leave. As soon as we were halfway out the door she said “who comes to baskin robbins for dairy free”. You’re kidding, right? :) Please share your easy-to-access ice cream shops that only serve dairy free — I’ll wait. :) The worker had NO empathy what so ever. She was working on Sunday, May 21st at 5:00pm, I hope BR sees this and helps provide customer service training cause that was a rude experience for a customer.

I just left this place. Went in for a nutty coconut shake(i'm from Iowa and this is one of my favorite treats here since we don't have it at home so just imagine my cravings for it) and the girl told me that it's frozen and she can't scoop it.... I was like what? So then I asked for a Carmel cappuccino blast and she says they don't have ice cream for it. I can do Oreo or any other ice cream and then I ask for vanilla and she says they don't have it. But I could see it in the case.... I seriously don't even understand what was going on. I told her just to forget it and walked out. Will not be back

horrible service. I waited 30 long minutes just to get my order taken and he was alone so I was patient with him and i still another 20 minutes just to get my 2 shakes and he gave me an attitude because i wanted a topping on my shake which i told the Arabian associate working in the beginning. Rude. I’ll never go to this location again.

I ordered an ice cream cake for my partner's birthday. The cake was ordered almost two weeks ago. When I picked up the cake this morning, the cake was not frozen properly, part of the top and sides already melted and the cake looked terrible to present to the birthday boy. It's such a horrendous experience and spoiled the day of my partner and I. Even though the shop had put the cake in its freezer when I picked it up, but it was obvious that the fridge was not cold enough. In addition, if the shop is going to sell ice cream cake and for customers to pick it up, I would think that the shop would pack the cake with dry ice. Luckily, we live near the shop. But what happens if someone has to bring the cake farther away from the shop, the half-melted cake will probably become liquid when it arrives at someone's home. Don't bother to order ice cream cake from this place anymore, please.

Ask for a strawberry dragon fruit refresher and the lady put milk in it without asking me. She said it was good like that but I did not ask for it nor like it.
