I just left this place. Went in for a nutty coconut shake(i'm from Iowa and this is one of my favorite treats here since we don't have it at home so just imagine my cravings for it) and the girl told me that it's frozen and she can't scoop it.... I was like what? So then I asked for a Carmel cappuccino blast and she says they don't have ice cream for it. I can do Oreo or any other ice cream and then I ask for vanilla and she says they don't have it. But I could see it in the case.......read full review
horrible service. I waited 30 long minutes just to get my order taken and he was alone so I was patient with him and i still another 20 minutes just to get my 2 shakes and he gave me an attitude because i wanted a topping on my shake which i told the Arabian associate working in the beginning. Rude. I’ll never go to this location again.

My daughter has a dairy allergy so I asked the worker if there were any dairy free ice cream options, she said “no”. I said “okay” and didn’t argue since I know dairy free is hard to find, I was just hoping that a large chain would have one accommodating option. So we decided to leave.
