Apparently the recipe they're supposed to follow means the cups aren't full when you get them. Most other places manage just fine. I can't really say what the issue is, though. Either way, getting a shake costs $6 to $9, so getting a cup with the top 20% missing is not super.

If you like ice cream good Ice cream in Chicago,the Baskin and Robbins will be one of top options.The service was very good.I used to order Butter pecan ice cream. it is tasty ice cream.Also,in this store they serve many delicous ice cream flavours.

Despite being understaffed, the service was smooth and polite. I was disappointed that no tip jars or such were available, given the staff were clearly working under frustrating conditions, and I hope management is alerted to the high quality of service provided on 7/13/19 at 11:30PM and works to remedy the work conditions so the staff are getting the support they need.
