Cracking place. The reservation system s little odd but the food and service bang on!. Jacob, behind the bar, was superb. Very friendly and full of local knowledge of where to go. Food was tasty and good portion size. We had the ribeye steak frittes and the fillet with amazing truffle Mac n cheese. All washed down with a Rioja reserva. It was my birthday so I received and nice ice cream with sweet sauce and the obligatory candle, nice touch.
I had a great time eating here! Each item was flavorful, fresh, and genuinely represented Italy on a platter. We were immediately made to feel welcome by the welcoming staff, and the comfortable setting added to the enjoyment of the evening. We can't wait to go back—it's the ideal place for anyone desiring real Italian food!
This review is long overdue. My first visit to Bavette’s was back around 2012/2013, and from that very first experience to the countless visits since, everything has always been exceptional. Whether it’s a busy night or a quiet lunch, the service, ambiance, and food are consistently top-tier.
