The dosa tasted buttery with a pleasant tang. Bonus points for asking how I wanted the dosa cooked. I requested somewhere between soft and crispy and exactly what I got. Peanut and coconut chutneys were very tasty: spicy and well-seasoned with just the right amount of salt and spice
