Good food but not as good as I had last time here… would recommend burger which is what I had last time. My friends ordered the ginger chicken salad and they said it is also pretty good. Can be very loud and popular as it’s right next to northwestern hospital. Busy during lunch hours on weekdays.
I got the Enlightened Caesar salad with salmon. The salmon was cooked perfectly. The Caesar leaned more lemony but was refreshing and tasty. I highly recommend. The atmosphere was hip and the music was the perfect volume. The restaurant is quite busy so prepare for a wait.
I only visited the market side of Beatrix, and the muffin was very good! That said, it felt a bit overpriced—the cold brew alone costing $8. Tasty, but I expected it to be more reasonably priced. Staff were friendly!
