This Ben and Jerry's located on Lower level the navy pier. This has long lines and due to the tourist hotspot. There are lot of common seating available within the food area. The staff is friendly and helpful. The ice cream is okay and good for a summer evening.
ridiculously overpriced and misleading. the imagery demonstrates getting a cookie sundae with two cookies - and we received one. additionally, the wooden spoons - while environmentally friendly - are hard to eat with and would be difficult for those who need eating accomodations.
very overpriced and pictures are misleading to what you will receive :/
Nice cool spot to set down and enjoy some ice cream, a little pricey and that is expected all things considered.
The girls who served us was nice but the women at the cashier was rude, charged us for two double without telling us and later when went back she claimed that we had two doubles - the attitude and dishonesty is not appropriated. Be aware and read your receipts
Jul5th.
Extremely disappointing service. I waited patiently in line for my turn to order ice cream. There were 4–5 staff members behind the counter, and when I tried to place my order, three of the Caucasian staff members skipped over me and took the order from someone behind me. I had been waiting for quite some time and even waved and asked who was going to take my order. Eventually, only one staff member (not the three who ignored me) stepped up to help. The way I was treated was unacceptable.
Awesome Raspberry smoothie and great friendly customer service 😊
Cherry garcia sundae on a cookie. Ice cream was good but super pricey for something so small

Really like the chocolate chip cookie dough flavour. Wish list checked!!
Ocean cream
Incredibly small portions compared to other locations.
Worst cookie sundae of my life. Hot fudge was not hot and hardly any on it and the cookie was hard as a rock. For $13 bucks!
Pumpkin Cheesecake Ice Cream: Ben & Jerry's (BJ's) is my favorite "premium" ice cream brand, but as much as I enjoy their ice creams, I've never gotten around to their seasonal pumpkin flavor. I'll get to why that is in a little bit as it's correlated to my only complaint about this pint. BJ's seasonal offering is a pumpkin cheesecake ice cream base with a graham cracker swirl. The texture of the ice cream is flawlessly creamy and comes with a warm orange pumpkin color. Thankfully the flavor is a sweet and mild pumpkin without any burning spice, accompanied by hints of graham cracker. The graham cracker swirl is difficult to view as its color is only a shade darker than the ice creams', but it makes its presence known by contributing a pleasant enough flavor. I can't say the flavor of the ice cream reminds me of cheesecake though. As great as the flavor of the ice cream is, I think calling it a pumpkin pie ice cream would be more accurate than cheesecake.
That brings me to my only criticism, which is for a premium brand this needs more mix-ins. It's a travesty that this is a pumpkin cheesecake ice cream without cheesecake pieces! I almost rated this as just okay because of the lack of mix-ins, but the ice cream base flavor is perfectly pumpkin. Doughboy approved
