I've been ordering from Ben's for years and truly enjoyed the service. The past few orders have left much to be desired. The tips have been under cooked. I usually order on Wednesday (senior discount) or the weekend. You may want to employ a better pit master!
Service was unusual slow and the meat was somewhat tough. However, I've been going there for years and this was my first bad experience. Let's face it, everyone has a bad day once in awhile. They still have my patronage.

I'm mixed on this place. I pre-ordered! I'm standing at the window waiting and no one says anything. I'm thinking they're busy and will eventually ask "can I help you" NO THEY DIDN'T! Why are black businesses like this??? Anyways, I ordered a large turkey tip and small fry $30. The tips were sliced nice, plentiful and seasoned well. But, why did they put mild sauce on BBQ ?!
