Chicken not fully cooked. If you like deep-fried oily taste, go for it. The employees don’t really care either way.”

Bro they’re charging $15 for a chicken sandwich. Not even a combo. JUST a chicken sandwich. Absolute insanity lmao.

Just ate at your midway location. On a positive note the quality of the product was good, service was prompt and the portion size of the chicken and waffle fries was appropriate. However, I also bought a fountain soda (which was 1/2 ice) and though there was no notice on the placard or around the register I found out that your policy is not to provide any refills. I’m sorry but $4.39 for small glass of soda and ice is ridiculous. I went to the counter with my receipt in hand and was told that the policy is “no refills” and no exceptions. Turned what was otherwise a good experience into a less than good experience. One can practically get a 6 pack of soda for the price you charge for 1/2 (the rest ice) of a 16 oz soda. My order ID was 1328510 at 9:29 am.
got the 4 piece original chicken for 15$ at the airport. paid 1 dollar extra for the "Homemade bbq" and the meal was terrible. for as busy as they were you'd think the chicken would be hot and fresh. it was barely warm and extremely dry. when I say dry it was like chicken Jerky. without the bbq it would have been inedible. also the bbq sauce tasted exactly like sweet baby rays. I highly doubt its homemade in house. the worker who handed the food had a attitude for no reason as well. all you had to do was yell order numbers. she gave dirty looks at people if they didn't show up in 5 seconds even though they had a line of orders. for being so backed up you'd think the chicken strips would be hot. not at all. terrible and overpriced junk food.

The waffle fries & sauces were good, but the chicken strips were under a warmer for a very long time. It was so dry & too hard to bite on the edges. I ate part of 1, of the 4 pieces I purchased.
This was the location in the Midway airport. Not worth the inflated price at all.

Because it is Navy Pier so epectes prices to be higher.
The barbecue sauce and lemonade were the only good parts of my food. The chickens' fingers were dry with very little to no seasoning. The fries tasted like they were cooked in old oil.
Try something else.

These are the worst chicken strips and waffle fries I’ve ever tasted. Chicken was Very dry. The fries were hard and crunchy. I tried to eat it because I was very hungry but ended up not being able to. Everything was luke warm. This is the first and last time I’ll eat here. For $30 I was expecting a lot better. One thing I can compliment them on is excellent customer service. After I thought, why am I sitting here trying to eat this terrible food I went to the counter and complained. The young lady at the counter graciously offered and did refund my money.
This is inside the Navy Pier and is an okay place to get chicken strips that are on par with Micky Ds. It's not my thing, but at least the service was good.

I couldn’t finish the original chicken sandwich because it was so bad. The chicken itself seemed to have been refried or recooked so there were some inedible parts and the sandwich was cold. The waffle fries were decent but the cheese on top was terrible. They used nacho cheese. Won’t come back here again.
