I was pretty disappointed for a specialty chicken spot. The chicken sandwich was below average. The chicken was lukewarm and also dry. I received my meal as soon as it was ready so it wasn't sitting under a heat lamp or anything. The fries were pretty decent not over or under seasoned. 18$ for essentially decent fries.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced! Do Not, I mean do not eat here! The woman was a total jerk, said the f word and didn't want to serve something I paid for even after showing my receipt. I would not waste my money here. I wish I could return that meal and get my money back, didn't even eat it because I was so flustered!

Overpriced! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I had a breakfast sandwich for $13.99 that had apparently sat under the heat lamp for some time. The tater tots were very crunchy and overcooked. I couldn't finish either item. The only item I purchased that I could consume was the Tropicana apple juice.

I went to Big City Chicken at Midway and I would not recommend. They are clearly taking advantage of captive consumers stuck in the airport. The food is overpriced for small portions and bad customer service. My sandwich was barely bigger than a slider and looked like it had been in a warmer for hours. The menu kiosk is confusing and caused my friend to buy extra fries. I can't believe I paid $20 for so little food that wasn't great. Next time I'm at MDW I'll find something better.
