Website states “hours are subject to change depending on Navy Pier events” but closes early even though Winter Wonderfest stays open till 10 pm. Food looks like vomit anyways so it’s okay.

The drinks are good and Esme has amazing customer service. I will definitely be back!
The breakfast was very good, but the customer service was terrible. The girl didn't even say good morning and was in a bad mood, and the cooks were the same; you ask them something and they don't want to answer.
Ever since I had The Obama Burger, I couldn’t stop talking about it with my family. That’s how we love to eat the burger at home, with fried eggs. I eat burgers from other restaurants but there was none that I could really say or comment, “I love it” until I had this burger🥰. It just amazes me that I even compared it to other gourmet burgers, still your burgers are still my most favorite. ❤️

We were waiting behind the line up of people near the counter and the lady behind the counter wanted us to wait in a different direction even though we’d be waiting there for over 10 minutes. The patrons she wanted to serve instead of us were nice enough to let us order as we’d be waiting longer.
She didn’t offer an apology and didn’t make eye contact with us. I usually like the burgers at Billy Goat but I will not be returning to this location.

Visited while on vacation and it was delicious! And very affordable for a large city like Chicago. Definitely recommend visiting the Pier and grabbing a cheezborger, cheezborger, cheezborger!

I stopped by Billie Goat Tavern on Navy Pier and grabbed one of their rainbow alcoholic slushies ($12) and a bottle of water ($3), so I expected to spend just over $15. A few minutes later, I got a notification that I was charged $18 and some change.
I went back and asked about the extra charge, and the guy said it must’ve been a tip but I paid with Apple Pay and never signed or selected a tip. He apologized and gave me a $3 refund in cash. Even though it was handled quickly, it makes me wonder how many people are getting overcharged without realizing it. Just something to be aware of if you go.

Breakfast! Great breakfast spot in the pier. Reasonable prices, Try the grilled Salami! So good. I had it in sandwich form but also available in standard 'bacon and eggs ' form. $27 for 2 with drinks, before tax and tip

That was the worst experience. I ate there today and developed diarrhea within 30 minutes. This suggests that the food had been sitting out too long and already contained toxins, such as those produced by Staphylococcus aureus.
On top of that, the staff were unfriendly, and the tables were dirty.
I do not recommend this place—unless you want to harm your intestines.

Worst burger ever! Dry meat, almost no sauce and the fries tasted of old oil. The cashier was the most unmotivated and clicked always the pen as sign that we should decide NOW. There was no que and we stood there for 3 secs. Chill out… Very sad experience for 50 bugs.

Food's not bad but the menu shows an old schoo Italian sausage and in reality you get one the size of a hot dog

Surprisingly rude/exasperated service. Just got a single. Seems to be for regulars only or maybe rich tourists.
