If you love birria this is your next stop. Their birria is authentic made with goat or lamb, which is your choice. It's offered in two ways. Either a two (fried) taco combination plate with rice and beans or their stewed meat served in a container with consomme, diced onions, cilantro, limes and warmed tacos. I have eaten here three times and now think about eating here all the time. Birria is a meat (lamb, chicken, beef, etc.) or stew, braised until it's falling apart. Its a Mexican dish served in tacos or as a stew or in quesadillas. The ambiance here is very laid back. It feels like you are at someone's home. The service is warm, efficient and prompt. I ordered two Quesa Birria's with a salad and an extra case of Birria with the consumme. The Berrios were flavorful, crispy, and good portions. The consumme was rich and tasty and the mini size was more than enough.
