It's decent for airport food. We wanted Chicago style dog when in Chicago and got just that. They don't have many food options and you'd think food would be ready in a few minutes, but it's more like 10 minutes.
Let's be frank - it's not the Waldorf. But nothing in ORD is. What it is is a provider of nice, plump Chicago style hot dog and a crap-ton of homemade bbq chips for $7.99 (not including the ungodly Chicago style sales tax). It was a pleasant, relatively inexpensive surprise amidst the madness that is O'Hare. Plus the name is great because I am a high school teacher who is programmed to giggle at all such things

It was nice to find a bowl of hot soup in the evening when I had only a little time to catch my connection.The price was only $4.39 which is great vs. the overpriced sandwiches elsewhere. The staff was very nice.
