If you haven't been here yet you're missing out! Their vegan Seiten is to die for!! I've also had the bulgogi and coconut curry chicken bahn mi's prior to me being vegan and they're just as delicious. The bulgogi bahn mi is probably my favorite meat option, but the vegan coconut curry bahn mi is by far the best vegan option available. I was out riding my bike on the 606 trail. I was craving a sandwich and came here. I got the ginger chicken sandwich. It was amazing! Coming back if I'm in the neighborhood again to try out the rest of the menu! 🙂
