I used to work near this restaurant and I would go often for lunch. The owner was always welcoming and made you feel at home. She always checked in to make sure food was good. Also winter time she sometimes prepared tamales. Toda está delicioso.
I just got done eating these tacos at 2 dollars each it's more than worth it. The tacos were so flavorful I had two tinga and two carne tacos. The quality and service was amazing and they were so accommodating. I wanted to make sure I left a review here on Yelp because their reviews elsewhere are already perfect. Go check it out! 5/5 on all levels.
We ordered at Bonita's Restaurant on 1703 N. Pulaski. As a customer, we always appreciate professionalism and kindness when calling to place an order. They were both. The burgers we ordered were delicious, the kids loved them. I ordered 2 bistec a la mexicana, my husband loved it but it was too spicy for me. Overall everyone enjoyed their food. Next time I will order something less spicy for my delicate stomach. The driver forgot to send me a menu and she drove back and left it...read full review
