Halal Smash Burger and Phillies (Western Avenue)

💯 beyond disappointed !! Who makes a gyro like this !! Full of salad and a very small amount of meat placed here and there. I stopped here in a rush to get my family food on a work break on a double shift today I’ve never been here it was on the way in rush hour traffic so I thought meh how bad could it be! Well beyond bad 🤬
We had to eat these I didn’t have time for anything else but won’t be making this mistake again !
Shoulda coulda woulda went to TimTims on Montrose or Big Boy on western or even Big League Burgers on Irving do your self a favor if you want a gyro don’t come here maybe the only thing keeping them open is the burgers but we aren’t willing to try that either now 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Ordered a burger and a hot dog. The restaurant canceled the hot dog and did not call to offer a replacement item. They refused to cancel the entire order or send something else. Horrible service, these people can't run a restaurant.

Shake was thin and generally not good.

Food was good, shame they made cancellations on the order without calling us. Would have gladly accepted a substitution, but instead we get an order short half the food we ordered. We literally had to break a single hamburger in half like eccentrics.

Amazing!! A classic divey restaurant (sticky and rough around the edges), though the burgers themselves felt like an elevated version of a classic amer staple. The potato buns were perfect and fluffy, burgers just the right amount of greasy and stacked perfectly, and the BEEF BACON!! Wow, just as crispy, fatty, flavorful and delicious as the alternative, I honestly wouldn't have known otherwise! Love it will rec to all my burger loving friends

I’m actually disappointed with their quality of food. I did a DoorDash order and they missed some of my items. One of the items I’ve received was a $15 cheese fries and I couldn’t eat it at all. Their burgers were decent but not consistent with everything else. Was hoping this would be a decent halal spot :/
