Got some cookies from Apple fest this past weekend. These cookies were everything. I wasn’t even expecting that at all. I highly recommend the chocolate chip cookies with almonds or the lemon cookies. You snapped with these cookies!
HIGHLY recommend going to find Hilary’s Cookies at the Apple Festival this weekend in Chicago! Everything you find on her table, you will LOVE! Tonight’s treat here was the pumpkin spice cookies! DELICIOUS!!!

I tried her cookie at Whole Foods in June. It was my first time trying her products. They are Vegan made. I flipped over the wrapper and recognized the address. It's in my neighborhood. So, I thought you can stop in. But the message on their door says they don't do that anymore their website says they are at many Farmers Markets. So, I'll do that and buy more at a Farmer's Market or Whole Foods. The cookie flavor I bought, tried is Oatmeal Scotchie. It was yummy.
