Place was crowded no place to sit. At first I ordered a tea and the cashier just assumed I meant an iced tea. She also assumed I meant an iced coffee. She asked me if I still wanted the iced tea, I said no. When my order was ready she didn’t take it off and I was charged for it. The place was noisy and I guess the music was loud because she couldn’t hear me. The tea and coffee was just ok. Won’t come back there though. It was out my way and not worth it.

Only wanted to have a cappuccino, delicious, … but Will not go back, because they don’t serve in real cups. Everybody just had paper cups! _which to me , ruins the whole atmosphere. Plus, it was hard to find a seat because most everyone’s just buying one coffee and sitting there and working all day on their laptops ….but beautiful decor

The other month I tried this cafe for the first time and I was really impressed with the staff. Everyone I interacted with was professional and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work, which made for a very welcoming atmosphere during my visit. Their efficiency meant my order was ready quickly, allowing me to get back to my day with minimal delay

Beautiful place and tasty tea/coffee but very rude staff. I want this place to stay in our Printers Row neighborhood hence giving it five stars as I know what one bad review can do to a business… in hopes the actual owners see this and work on their people. The hospitality just isn’t there.

Busy atmospheric bean tavern with excellent coffee. Landed here for a bit on a Sunday and got a tasty cold brew. The place is decorated to look 1920/30s(?) and was buzzing with conversations. Notably fewer laptops than friend circles give the place a brighter energy.
