Hands down the best hotel experience I’ve had thus far in life. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Chicago now! I will be sure to book here next time I’m downtown. Special shoutout to Nina (unfortunately that’s the only name I remember, but everyone deserves their own shout out). She was so so kind and thoughtful. This hotel was top notch. The hospitality was amazing and unlike anything I've ever experienced.y husband and I were tested like royalty. We will definitely be going back.
Went for a cocktail, which were really good. The patio wasn't open but we were still allowed to stand out there during our visit. The view is incredible from the patio rooftop. Definitely a great spot to check out.
