Hands down the best hotel experience I’ve had thus far in life. I cannot imagine staying anywhere else in Chicago now! I will be sure to book here next time I’m downtown. Special shoutout to Nina (unfortunately that’s the only name I remember, but everyone deserves their own shout out). She was so so kind and thoughtful. This hotel was top notch. The hospitality was amazing and unlike anything I've ever experienced.y husband and I were tested like royalty. We will definitely be going back.
Everything was just ok - the view, the drink and the food, except for the price lol, which was way over what it should be.
We ordered a tuna crudo. It came with the plate being cold which means it was not freshly made and was directly taken out of fridge. The fish does not taste fresh.
We had the cocktail named something & bitters. It was very bitter, spirit forward, we didn’t enjoy as much.
The rooftop view is not impressive. It’s a narrow view of a few buildings....read full review
