What an amazing chef! Great food and a wonderful personality! The millionaires salad is incredible! Can't wait to find him again.
I have been enjoying Chef Durand’s food for several years now at the Logan Square farmers market. If you want to get a taste of what authentic French cooking is about ( in the comfort of your home) it’s great to be able to stop by his stall and pick up a wedge of pate, a a bisque or vichyssoise, coq au vin, etc.. It’s all about the food, here.
