We were very tired we flew in from Seattle overnight. While we were sitting waiting for our next flight they opened the restaurant right behind us. We stopped in for breakfast. The food was reasonable but the service was excellent. Our server was working pretty much alone and was very busy. She did an excellent job even though she should have been helped!
While flying thru ORD one morning, I stopped in here for lunch. I got there right before 9:30AM, but they switch over from breakfast to lunch at 9:30 and they let me wait at a table and work about 15 mins until the lunch time service started.
The main thing I didn’t like is that they use only QR ordering… So, when you sit down, you need to scan the QR on the table and place your order. The server are really only runners, bringing food that you ordered....
