The guy in the front literally assumed me and another individual to be the same person due to being the same race. The food was mid, egg rolls were overcooked. The Magolian beef was Ok, the vegetables should have been cooked longer.
I have been getting take out from them for years and the food has always been delicious. The portions are generous for the price. Overall, a good value!
Food very good!
Delicious, satisfying, large portions, affordable prices. THANK YOU! I got the kung pao chicken (flavorful), green beans (fresh), and pot stickers (juicy). A great spot for take-out on your way home from work!
Very bad, big rice and doesn't bring sweet sauce. Very bad.
this is my favorite tiny Chinese takeout restaurant, and I've been ordering from them for over 3 years now. they have one of my favorite eggrolls, which compete with my dad's! i love their dumplings, beef and broccoli, chicken wings, won ton soup, and sesame chicken! portions are great for the cost. they also have great fruit smoothies, and every time I order delivery the food arrives hot and the smoothies arrive cold.
i don't care for their fried rice or their lo mein, but overall they keep me coming back every month.
Loved that Chinese cooking
Very nice price and a lot of food

They got 2 out of 3 items in the order, incorrect. Would give it negative stars, apparently they don’t know the difference between chow mein and chow fun. And instead of wonton soup, they gave me crispy noodles? At least the the Rangoons were okay… sad

The food was ok but the service sucks and the portion size was cut in half today. Today was my last ever going here and the staff is extra rude. Unless you tryna fight everybody in that restaurant I wouldn’t advise anyone to go there. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

Restaurantji Recommends
Never ordering from here again. Online ordering not turned off nor is anything on their website updated when the restaurant is closed for an extended closure. Didn’t find out until I pulled up to the restaurant to pick up my order.

Tables were sticky. Some of the most bland orange chicken I’ve ever had. Food felt like it was cooked half heartedly. I’d recommend going to China Spring on Clark. Their food is 10x better and better priced. Very disappointed with the experience here

Something told me that it might not be the best idea to check out this place, but venture forth I did. China Palace is your typical hood Chinese food served with an extra helping "I couldn't care less" from the staff. Walking in the place is a dump. Every surface is sticky, there's food on the tables and chairs, grease spots on the floor, etc. I ordered my usual item to test the waters which is the orange chicken dinner special. Upon asking the cashier if it came with a soda, he spoke unintelligible words. After trying to understand him, I came to the conclusion that he was trying to explain that the specials come with either an egg roll or drink. When I asked to include the drink as extra he proceeded to roll his eyes as if it was that much difficult to just add a drink to the order. My order was ready in just a few minutes which isn't a good sign. They serve the usual large portions for under $12. While I was waiting I ended up cleaning the table myself after I realized there was sauce spilled on it (see pic for how dirty the cloth was after just a small wipe down.) The soda I ordered was lukewarm...not a great start. The egg roll is your typical egg roll made with peanut butter. Crispy, but there's definitely better rolls out there. The orange chicken started out a step above the dreaded "orange sponge." It was piping hot, crispy in some areas and had some spice to it. Still, it was just another orange sponge once the ridiculous amount of sauce soaked in. The fried rice is definitely over seasoned yet trended towards good. After just a few bites my stomach started going so I got out of there. They definitely need to do better.2 out of 5 stars
