Blüm Restaurant & Bar offers nice drinks and strong cocktails during happy hour. The Caesar salad with shrimp is terrific and very tasty. The servers are kind, although service may be slow due to short staffing. The restaurant has a beautiful decor, perfect for taking cute pictures. However, there may be limited menu items available, so it's recommended to check with the servers beforehand. The ambiance is lively, with a loud sound system, making it a great spot for pre- or post-drinking get-togethers.
