We recently had dinner at Coalfire on Grand Ave. in West Town and really enjoyed their coal oven baked pizza. Coalfire is a restaurant known for its delicious Napoleon style fire roasted pizza. The menu offers a wide variety of options, with highlights like the pepperoni and whipped ricotta pizza. Customers can expect quick service, with pizzas arriving in just 5-7 minutes. The restaurant features a cool atmosphere, making it a great spot for families with young kids as well as for friends gathering together. There is ample outdoor seating on the sidewalk for nice weather, and inside, the ambiance is pleasant and filled with natural light. Coalfire has been praised for its customer service, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate customer needs. It's also an excellent choice for a meal before or after a show at the nearby Mercury theater. However, parking can be a challenge as it is paid and often difficult to find a spot. The drink selection is good, and many customers enjoy the Sangria, making it a perfect place for a summer evening.
