Brought my kids to a concert there and the customer service was amazing. They were very accommodating and helpful with the kids. On top of that our food was delicious. Even my pickiest eater ate their fill. We had a blast! Thank you guys so much! 🫶🏽🫶🏽

Been going to Cobra Lounge for 20 years. Great shows and a great bar.

Hadn’t been here in a very long time, but went about a month ago for a show that was sold out. The venue itself is pretty nice. I enjoyed the sound there the stage and the vibe. The only thing I didn’t like is In order to use the bathroom every time I had to fight through the sold out crowd to get to the bathrooms next to the stage I really wish they had the ones in the back open (I believe they have bathrooms by the bar in the back) that was a pain in the ass. I pretty much stopped drinking cause I didn’t wanna have to go to the bathroom again and fight that crowd.

Made a special trip up here to see a concert. Cool little hang out on the corner with chill vibes with a dark side on the inside. Small venue space so it makes for a awesome experience for bands They have a great burger & beer. I see why people hang here.

Great customer service, food, and music. Went there for a small little concert and the sound quality was good, not much parking but it’s manageable. Great place to go with friends or family, or even if you just wanna go to a nice clean bar.

We came here to see Sub Urban perform. This was our first time coming here and it's honestly a cute bar. We ate dinner before the show and I can say I enjoyed their burger though the 2 in our group who ordered wraps didn't enjoy them. But overall the food was good...the fries amazing! Service was great too! We went in to catch the show once we were done and I think we all had a really great time! If there's anymore amazing shows we will be coming back! Loved how close you were to the stage no matter where you were in the room really. It does get a little warm in that room with all the bodies dancing and such.

Disappointing and Confusing Experience

Stopped by on Saturday with a group of friends—one of whom is a regular and was genuinely excited to share his favorite bar with us. Things started off fine: the person at the door checked our IDs and let us in without issue. But barely a few steps inside, a man abruptly approached us and said, “Time to leave.”

We were stunned. We had just arrived, had done nothing wrong, and received no explanation whatsoever. We weren’t loud, we weren’t causing a scene—we hadn’t even had time to order a drink. The situation was so unexpected that even the door staff seemed confused and apologized to us.

To be honest, we can’t help but wonder if our group’s diversity played a role. We were a mix of women and LGBTQ+ folks, and the interaction left us feeling singled out for reasons that had nothing to do with our behavior.

This experience was not just disappointing—it was alienating. It turned what should have been a fun night into something hurtful and bewildering. If there was a reason for asking us to leave, transparency would have gone a long way. Instead, we left feeling unwelcome and disrespected.

Please do better.

Been coming here as long as I can remember, but I figured I'd put my two cents in anyway. Get the wings, best in town. Smoked and amazing sauce. Just phenomenal. Good beers, great shows, awesome people. And after the new buildout with the brewery room and patio, its even better. Still kept the original charm I knew and loved. Dave is a legend behind the bar. Many solid people working there and it just rips. Sometimes there's a dumb movie on the projector. Place rules. You just gotta go to know. Cobes forever

I traveled to Chicago to see Playboy Manbaby on tour here. Never been before, very cool venue. Black and red cobra decor, free water, playing inglorious basterds on the televisions when we came in, and there was clear signage in the building as to what was where. I/my party bought drinks from Jerome, who seems nice. I got a can of water, which was convenient for the show.

The area for band merch was convenient, but a little packed. The show floor was small, but large enough for an 8-person pit and dancing. People attending the venue were not buttholes and the staff was nice. The stage area seemed a little small, and the show got hot, but it was easy to move around in the building and access an outdoor area to cool down.

Would attend again. Recommended for people who like punk rock shows or snakes.

Great place to go for small, intimate concerts and really good burgers. Took my teenage daughter for a hardcore concert. Audience really chill and we felt totally safe and relaxed.

🚩 LADIES BEWARE! Never again. I went to CB back in March to see Zheani. The crowd was too wild, and the security was too lax. Guys, there were WAY too drunk, shouting, and obnoxious and should've been kicked out! A guy grinded up on me, and I had to bat him away. Really gross and sleazy. An acquaintance told me one of her friends got roofied here.
