Colectivo Coffee Ravenswood is a favorite coffee shop for many, with excellent coffee and a great atmosphere. The cold brew is delicious, and the avocado toast with a fried egg on the best sourdough is a 10/10 experience. The breakfast burritos are great, and the lattes are a favorite menu item. Staff are friendly, hard working, and have positive energy, making it a joy to be there. The store is usually busy but orders are usually out fast, and it is a well-run store. However, some reviews note that the espresso is constantly burnt and that service can be painfully slow, with 10-15 minute waits for coffee. The coffee is good but expensive, pastries are alright but expensive, and the vibe is average. It is also difficult to find an available place to sit.
