Why should I give my time for a review? They gave me no time.
Super nice even during hectic dinner rush. Accurate order and pleasant experience.

This is a decent place to stop by, recharge your devices, and have some food and drink while waiting on your flight. The space is well laid out with many sitting options, from sofas to stools. There is also a pour your own beer option, but they will also do this for you if you prefer.
Sat for ten minutes waiting to place an order for food and drink two hours before the stated closing time. Watched the bartender taking orders during this time and by the time she got to me, she told me no more menu food because it was too late in the day, they had to start picking up and there were no more runners to bring food from wherever it is prepared. Mind you, it is 7:20pm when their posted closing time is 9pm. I felt sorry for her because she was obviously running hard, but it is ridiculous that a place with a menu quits taking food orders so early when they don't post food hours any differently than bar hours. It's not like it was a half hour until closing. The place was right next to my gate and my flight delayed just enough I would have had just enough time to actually eat a real meal had they actually been serving. At least I got to order one overly expensive beer ($12) before they had the tap handles removed for the night by 7:25pm. Remember, they supposedly don't close until 9pm.
Nice, uncrowded place to get food from a few different restaurants as well as drinks. Friendly staff. Avoid the crowds in terminal 3 and walk a few minutes to Connect.
Mechanical issue cancelled first flight 2 connecting flights and snowy weather cancelled 3rd flight so I took the Van Galder bus back to Madison from Chicago on my dime. Joanne Ganske
The gates were close however when I got to the gate (F3) there was minimalist seating
