Had the Signature Salad with a side of warm multigrain flatbread for lunch and it was delicious! It was made exactly as I requested, and ready in 10 minutes. Perfect spot for a weekday lunch in the loop!
The staff was friendly and attentive. However, here's why 4 🌟 s: I placed an online order for a Honolulu Chicken Bowl, but when I arrived to the store around 2:30pm, was told that they are out of rice and could not offer me what I ordered. The restaurant is open until 8:00pm, so this seems to be poorly planned in terms of what the customers can order. I had another dish, but this was inconvenient.

TL:DR - The shanghai chicken salad and buffalo blue sandwich are both super simple in their ingredient list, but delicious when eating. The eatery itself never seems clean or welcoming. Lunch rush can take forever as there seems to always be more call in and online orders than people ordering in store. Cosi is like Bread Co. that exclusive serves flatbread as far as bread goes.
