Amazing tasting cookies and cupcakes and gluten free 🙌 it was so great to have so many choices for once!
I was parking and saw a crowd of people hovering around a storefront like they were waiting for doors to open for the Nordstrom Semi Annual Sale! Thus, I had to walk over and see what all the fuss was about.
Tons of people were waiting outside in the cold for pastries. I looked at the menu on the window and noticed all the pastries are gluten free and they have a large selection of vegan options! There were so many vegan options that I bared the cold trying to make a decision....read full review

Defloured: A Gluten Free Bakery is a heaven for anyone with Celiac. They offer nostalgic favorites like ho-hos and oatmeal cream pies. The staff provide friendly, professional, and thoughtful service. The London Fog Cookies and Nutella Sandwich Cookies are favorites, along with delicious Carrot Cake and Challah bread. Even non-GF friends won't realize it's all gluten-free. A high-quality spot in the neighborhood loved by many. This bakery makes treats that are virtually indistinguishable from wheat flour versions. Every single thing is delicious and there are a ton of options for everyone. It is a very small carry out location, but everything they sell is worth it. The food is outstanding and they will try to accommodate your request.
