I don’t know why excellent service and great products turn into the exact opposite with these big brands, which seem to be heading out of the market soon. I used to be a big fan of this brand and their coffee, but now I find myself looking more for small places that offer exceptional services.

We stopped for lunch and had pancakes and The Best corned beef hash I have ever tasted!!! We were able to sit outside and they were also very dog friendly. Will come back here for sure!

The Big n' Toasted is a fine tasty sandwich, add a few hash browns (thin tator tots) and you got yourself a decent meal. Staff can be somewhat friendly to meh in helpfulness, usually not rude though with the shear number of locations, some bahness can exist, That being said they do tend to have some tasty dounuts and breakfast sandwiches, can't say nothing about the coffee as I don't drink that.
