This isn't the type of place you go for the stellar service or to be pampered. This is a place to get a quick, quality, reasonably priced bite. Some things on the menu are better than others, but I've never really been disappointed. The Italian beef, Italian beef and sausage combo, meatball, Wells St. (corned beef on rye), Taylor St. (Italian), and Wacker Dr. (ham and swiss) sandwiches are all fantastic. Highly recommend.

Hit or miss. One day you go in and food is good. Other days you go in and the food is blatantly not what you ordered and they don't offer to remake it properly. If you mess up someone's food. You should fix it. Simple.
