The cashier, Seema, YELLED at me repeatedly while proceeding to give me the INCORRECT size for my Banana Royale. This is an item I purchase nearly WEEKLY, so I’m VERY familiar with the correct cup size. Seema gave me a tiny cup and argued relentlessly that it was correct. I FULLY plan to call her manager, Karin, in the morning and also contact corporate. The blatant disrespect in front of other patrons was completely unacceptable and uncalled for.
