This is one of the best dunkin locations I’ve ever been to. I usually put my mobile order in as I’m going up the escalator from the red line and 9 times out of 10 my order is already ready by the time I get there. They really do a great job taking care of me when I’m too lazy/tired to have breakfast and coffee at home. They’re also usually not busy at all and everyone is very nice :)
Mashair was very helpful with my first Dunkin’ experience, she helped me order a toasted french vanilla iced latte (small iced almond milk latte, two shots of French vanilla, and two shots of toasted almond). It was delicious!
Every time I come in, the staff are so welcoming and communicative. Honestly, Dunkin is Dunkin and it's there, but I really appreciate the people who work at this location. They deal with everything and they do it with grace and understanding. Especially when my sensory processing disorder kicks in and I can't decipher anything I'm hearing.
