Nobody gives this store enough credit. They are slammed with students for several hours each morning to early afternoon. I used to avoid it for such reason, but they are actually very consistent and rarely make mistakes.
I think they must take customer order seriously.After they receive order, the order is then processed in store and the product is kept at pickup point.None of employees look if the person picking up the order is the right person with invoice, I have seen cases where a person without invoice picks up an order and use it.It happened once with my order and I didn’t Got compensated for it.

Been here twice since coming to UIC. honesty both drinks i had weren’t good. Im sick as a dog and i asked the short older male cashier to add lemonade to my tea. He gonna say “no we can’t do that”. Now i’m stuck with this bland black tea when I asked for green tea. Both times I went , he has been rude. If you don’t like your job ✨quit✨ instead of giving people attitude. Honestly, the ARC starbucks is wayyy more worth your buck. Just take that walk.
