Constantly harassed by homeless people coming in and out of the place, some being very mentally unwell. The people running the place do nothing about it.

Kinda sad about this place, the workers seem nice but I stood in front of the counter waiting to pay for a couple minutes. There were only two customers in the store, so idk if they expierenced some sort of rush (I personally didn’t see anything). But there were four workers and I couldn’t even get one of their attention to buy anything. Disappointed but I guess we’ll try again another day.

i stopped by to get a bagel with strawberry cream cheese, but waiting, the man in the store was mopping the floor and had his hand on the garbage bin. i asked him if he would wash his hands and he acting like he could not understand english. i left. i went back 10 minutes and let the woman at the register know what happened.

I have a love/hate relationship with this location. Its not really Dunkin's fault, the devil took over Howard St long ago and won't let it go. So there is only so much the team here can do. But man, I wish they would try harder sometimes. What that looks like? I honestly don't know. When people cut up the way they do at this location usually security is called for. But how sad would it be to have to get pass a bouncer to just get your coffee? SInce the pandemic its only gotten worst, you have to pass by the lady that constantly asks people to buy her things, three or four guys smoking pot, a dude that has set up a boombox literally in front of the door. So wait...they do have a bouncer, just not a proper one. I want to give the team here a hug and apologize for humanity. This was more of a rant than a review, but hopefully someone will see it and be kind to the staff. When they start to look annoyed or disheartened, just say, "Howard Street, man, nothing you can do."

There pretty much nothing good about this place. No customer service, terrible food and coffee, and you'll be harassed by homeless people. There are much better Dunkins to go

Every time I walk in there homeless people lounging around and begging for money. The tables aren't clean and it's always somebody hanging in the vestibule area. One bad experience I had I was buying a coffee and a homeless lady walked up and grabbed a banana and said I was paying for it even though I didn't consent to it. Avoid this location at all costs!!!

Absolutely abysmal service. "Andrea" is about as ignorant, unprofessional, and trashy as they come. The other person working "didn't speak English". Question:. How does a business legally hire someone who doesn't even speak English? Also, there was NO HAND WASHING and "Andrea" was going from food prep, to backroom, to register, to lobby, etc without once washing her hands. This is not surprising considering her nastiness. The health department should make a surprise visit to this filthy pit.

This place isn't all that great, hypes and homeless people heckling customers for money. It was one time this random guy walked and asked this old guy for money and when he gave him some cash The other guy kept asking for more, s*** was crazy. But the service is mid, and one thing I notice from this location that's different from others that they don't make their refreshers with out using coconut milk or green tea (which to me neither is not compatible IMO especially coconut milk, who mixes milk and juice?) if you want your blood orange or passion fruit refresher made right go to the D.D on Wilson and broadway or somewhere than this place
