I have a love/hate relationship with this location. Its not really Dunkin's fault, the devil took over Howard St long ago and won't let it go. So there is only so much the team here can do. But man, I wish they would try harder sometimes. What that looks like? I honestly don't know. When people cut up the way they do at this location usually security is called for. This place isn't all that great, hypes and homeless people heckling customers for money. It was one time this random guy walked and asked this old guy for money and when he gave him some cash The other guy kept asking for more, s*** was crazy. But the service is mid, and one thing I notice from this location that's different from others that they don't make their refreshers with out using coconut milk or green tea (which to me neither is not compatible IMO especially coconut milk,...read full review

i stopped by to get a bagel with strawberry cream cheese, but waiting, the man in the store was mopping the floor and had his hand on the garbage bin. i asked him if he would wash his hands and he acting like he could not understand english. i left. i went back 10 minutes and let the woman at the register know what happened.
