I am disappointed in my neighborhood Dunkin Donuts (79th and Cicero)
We tried getting the Sunday special (buy1doz get6free) like mentioned in their huge advertisement. Well they claim that coincidentally, they have stopped that special TODAY! Well it is still advertised and they should honor their advertisement!

Staff was friendly and polite, no complaints there. However, while taking a sip of my fruit ice tea I got a piece of bacon in my mouth. Gross. Ruined the whole experience. Me being vegan didn't really make it more pleasant.

Dunkin' is a convenient stop with nice service and cleanliness. They offer a rare find - Cookie monster ice cream, which delighted a customer's grandson with its generous double scoop size. However, outside seating can be bothersome due to smokers near the entrance. It would improve the experience to have no smoking signs for outdoor tables.
