The worst customer service, I’ve had in a long time. Ordered two drinks and a regular bagel. Got a food item I didn’t order, and waited 30 minutes. The drinks were half full. Would not recommend, a waste of time and money.

Location is incorrect. They have moved to the end of the terminal in a central kiosk. Whomever from the “business” that verified the open 24/7 five days ago lied. On 2/27/24, they closed at 9:00 pm.

Just walked all the way across airport to get a cup of coffee because google says open 24hrs. And it closed at 10pm!! I will get coffee from somewhere else from now on!!!!!!

No matter what time of day, this DD always has a super long line. For early morning flights, people line up 3o minutes before opening!On a recent visit, later in the morning, there was a 15-minute wait. The staff working claimed they could not make change, so people either had to pay card or have exact change. There were no signs stating this, so people became frustrated. They made people walk around the back to get their coffees and straws. People will continue to come here because options at midway are limited.

At the midway airport walked up to the counter and was treated as if I was interrupting something. I was the only customer and 3 employees, one of which obviously didn't want me there. My $6.40 small black coffee with sweet cold foam was given to me without the cold foam so I asked for a receipt and she couldn't get me one. She also thought I couldn't hear her as she walked over and started throwing Fbombs to coworker about another coworker. This awful customer service has got to stop! I encourage everyone to report this kind of behavior. I want my money back!

I ordered a turkey on croissant sandwich with egg and cheese …got on my plane ready to eat and they gave me a sandwich with nothing in it…just 2 pieces of croissants ? When I return to Chicago I’m expecting to receive a refund. My name is Leah Holmes…I’ll bring my receipt with me. Today is 12/20 8:20 am.

They said that they didn't have anything but regular coffee and donuts available. No espresso, no sandwiches, nothing else without giving a reason as the menu said otherwise. I'm giving them 3 stars though because they're the only affordable place in the port.
